TWO men have appeared in court charged with an alleged murder bid in Paisley.

Damon McDowall, 24, and Cameron Woods, 25, were both charged with attempted murder at Paisley Sheriff Court yesterday.The pair, who are both from Paisley, made no plea during their appearances. in custody while further examination is carried out and are set to appear in court again within the next eight days.Cops raced to the Maxwellton Street area of the town on Sunday, July 23, at around 5.30pm following an incident.
