The parents of slain man Luke Davies have been given special permission to dial into a court hearing for their son’s alleged murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon.
The sudden disappearance of the couple triggered a three-day manhunt for Lamarre-Condon before he turned himself in to police on February 23.Totally Wild Lamarre-Condon has remained in custody on two charges of murder since handing himself into Waverley Police Station three days after the fatal shootings.On Tuesday, the Crown Prosecutor told the court that Baird and Davies’ next of kin wanted to dial into proceedings, which is not usually allowed in Local Court.
Lamarre-Condon’s lawyer John Walford told reporters outside the Downing Centre that the ex-police officer was “going OK under the circumstances”.“He may ; it may go to trial,” Walford said.
