The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday handed another setback to gun rights advocates ...

With two conservative justices dissenting, the court refused to temporarily exempt from the ban a group of plaintiffs including the Firearms Policy Foundation while their legal challenge continues to be litigated in Washington. The ban, which went into effect on March 26, was embraced by Trump following a 2017 massacre in Las Vegas that killed 58 people in which the gunman used bump stocks.

The challengers then returned to the Supreme Court to try to prevent the policy from applying specifically to them. In Friday’s order, Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch said they would have granted the request to exempt the challengers.

Meh, you can make a firearms shoot just as fast as with a rubber band as you can with a bump stock and it's a lot cheaper.

🙌🏽🙌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

yes!

In fact, upholding this ban is about as noteworthy as upholding a ban on cigarette lighters during a natural gas leak. But, at least it's a teensy weensy baby step in the right direction.

That’ll show all those inner city NRA gang members that are shooting each other.👍🏻

'gun rights' hahahahaha America’s fucked beyond repair.

Can do the same thing with a belt loop anyways.

trump is coming for yur gunz 🤯

The Supreme Court grants a Buddhist’s plea for a spiritual adviser at his executionThe 7-2 decision comes weeks after a 5-4 decision denying a Muslim man’s similar request I suspect it had something to do with which religion they request 😉 No surprise. Unfortunately a Muslim goes in already judged. Kavanaugh stands up for the white man Buddhist but not the black man a Muslim. I'm please to see that Justice Kavanaugh upheld the spirit of the 1st Amendment here. “[G]overnmental discrimination against religion”, he wrote, “violates the constitution”.

It's Neil Gorsuch's Supreme Court Now, Not Anthony Kennedy'sAnalysis: The Supreme Court's post-Kennedy era may have come Monday, in the justices’ sharply divided 5-4 ruling in Bucklew v. Precythe—rejecting a Missouri death-row inmate’s claim that his execution by lethal injection would violate the Eighth Amendment The supreme court problem is Clarence Thomas and not coming clean with his conscience. The guy probably shouldn't have killed people...could have avoided this. Outlaw the death penalty.

Supreme Court affirms capital punishment despite risks of painThe Supreme Court this week, in a narrow 5-4 decision, offered a sweeping defense of the death penalty, including in cases when an inmate faces the risk of extreme pain. The pain of the victim and their families I assure you is FAR greater. MORE: 'The Eighth Amendment does not guarantee a prisoner a painless death,' Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote for the majority in the death row appeal by Missouri convict Russell Bucklew. The amendment prohibits the infliction of 'cruel and unusual punishments.' Oh well. Don’t KILL/MURDER ANYONE if you don’t want PAIN! SorryNotSorry
