I'm please to see that Justice Kavanaugh upheld the spirit of the 1st Amendment here. “[G]overnmental discrimination against religion”, he wrote, “violates the constitution”.
No surprise. Unfortunately a Muslim goes in already judged. Kavanaugh stands up for the white man Buddhist but not the black man a Muslim.
I suspect it had something to do with which religion they request 😉

Let him have any spiritual advisor he wants as long as you pull the trigger. That is now a tactic to delay execution (ie I want a spiritual advisor you don’t have available).
