Lawyer says Fuzi Harun was head of the Special Branch when pastor Raymond Koh and activist Amri Che Mat disappeared.

Lawyer Gurdial Singh Nijar , representing the family of pastor Raymond Koh, says IGP is ‘almost directly implicated’ by Suhakam’s findings.

The Malaysian Human Rights Commission had earlier today held the Special Branch responsible for the disappearance of Koh in February 2017 and Perlis-based activist Amri in late 2016. “He appears, in my respectful view, directly involved, not in the abduction but as head of the Special Branch, which has been named as having abducted or responsible for the abduction of both Pastor Koh and Amri,” Gurdial told reporters.
