Vietnam woman in N. Korea murder case offered reduced charge

A VIETNAMESE woman suspected of assassinating the North Korean leader’s half-brother was offered a lesser charge today, and is likely to accept it and be released, her lawyer said. Salim Bashir told reporters outside a Malaysian court that Doan Thi Huong had been offered a charge related to causing hurt instead of murder.
