Pushing for 'heartbeat' abortion bills, more states try to force Supreme Court to revisit RoeMore state lawmakers are pushing 'heartbeat' bills that ban abortion as early as six weeks into pregnancy in a bid to trigger a Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade The way thing are going, they will likely be successful. They will not provide healthcare or education support, of coarse. But by God, the babies will be delivered into a corrupt nation of complete shit. It should be illegal to kill babies with heartbeats. Why is that a hard concept to understand?

Supreme Court to hear gerrymandering cases against Democrats, RepublicansWhen state legislatures draw the boundary lines for voting districts, the majority party typically comes up with a map designed to keep itself in power. But can that become so blatantly political that it violates the Constitution? Can fake investigations be so blatantly political that is breaks the law? In California one-party system uses underhanded techniques to shift election results. They trick independent voters to sign under the AIP (a different party), harvest ballots, unilaterally change words on approved citizen initiatives to load questions... to name several. Tyranny When Republicans do it, the Left calls it ‘gerrymandering’. But when the Democrats do exactly the same, the Left instead call it “Redistricting”.

Supreme Court again tackles whether to stop partisan gerrymanderingThe Supreme Court on Tuesday will not have to debate whether a group of North Carolina politicians deliberately redrew election maps to give their party the maximum partisan advantage. The state’s Republican leaders admitted to doing exactly that. Don't worry, the stacked Supreme Court will figure out a way to let them off the hook regardless. Instead the question before the court — for the second time in as many years — is whether the high court believes extreme partisan gerrymandering is unconstitutional. Don't matter bring all the facts what it comes down to it it is all about party

Supreme Court to consider new gerrymandering limitsThe justices will hear two cases Tuesday challenging congressional maps drawn to limit one party's political power. Did Mueller speak to plagiarist Meredith McIver, who “has heard everything, and taken good notes,” said trump? But if it turns out that Meredith is another John Barron, that’s a much bigger story – about how the press helped give us trump in ’16. g They should be dealing with Ohio. What's with that first district? It was designed to rob the people of Cincinnati of their representation. Good to hear.

Supreme Court ponders limits to gerrymanderingThe Supreme Court on Tuesday wrestles with the issue of extreme, partisan gerrymandering, a practice North Carolina college students and others call unconstitutional. End Gerrymandering Important case. A free and representative government cannot survive with gerrymandering. This is such a huge deal and it doesn’t get the attention it deserves.
