He will vote against this exact same law the first chance he gets where he controls the terms and scope. His goal is the same as Kavanaugh's, to overturn Roe vs. Wade, but this bill simply repeated already argued law, as it is the same as the Texas book defeated previously.
Nope. Let's not fall for this for one second. Roberts is not & never will be prochoice. He doesn't get a pass. He was cornered because Kavanaugh was there & if Roberts wants to be remembered as anything more than a GOP rubber stamp, he had to oppose this one on procedure.
