Why on earth is it even allowed to torture the dying & grieving families with legal challenges? Irrational & shameful to cause any more suffering. When a state, it's laws and those who apply the law are still under the thumb of religion this won't ever change. People will suffer despite wanting out because an entity they don't even believe in dictates it's wrong to top yourself. I agree. It’s his body, why isn’t his choice as when he leaves this life?

Right-to-die man loses final legal bidNoel Conway said he was 'extremely disappointed' as his court battle for assisted dying ends. This is horrible. Been said many many times before but if Noel was an animal the decision would be made to end his life when it becomes intolerable. Can’t begin to imagine how bad his life must be and not he allowed to end it in his terms If he is able he can go to Holland or Switzerland, both of which have controlled humane Assisted Suicide Laws. Too bad he can not transfer his suffering to those who oppose his right to end his suffering. So sorry 😢
