Such a kind judge saying Sarah’s remarks on Acosta were “probably untrue”.

Jim Acosta returns to the White House press briefing, like wow!

So....Let me get this right....A Trump appointed Judge has distinctly opined tha Sarah H. Slanders gave testimony that her children would admonish her for....

acosta with the entrance !!!

No comment on Trump’s continued bashing of reporters who ask questions that he can’t answer. Who doctored the film, was it INFOWars? Why not use the PBS footage (undoctored), so can hear Acosta apologize as he brushed her hand. She was a tad aggressive.

Just because his pass gets reinstated does not guarantee he will be called on!

Ha! Like she would recognize the truth if she saw it. Even if she did, she’d likely runaway from it as always. Run Sarah run! The truth is comin’ to get ya!🤣🤣🤣

Acosta walking into the next press conference

Of course it’s untrue. She’s a liar just like her boss.

Aaaah, just when the stable moron tiny mushroom was impressing no one.

It’s simple. Don’t pick on that clown for. Question. There ya go .

Did the judge ask the intern? Doubt it. She would know if he touched her and she certainly looked scared of him. He’s a jackass should have been the ruling.

Rowaenthe It's likely she wouldnt know the truth if it slapped her in the face

lol a judge is pretty much saying SarahHuckabee and realDonaldTrump are F$%$ lairs!!

The Latest: White House writing up rules for reportersWASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on the legal challenge to the White House's decision to strip CNN reporter Jim Acosta of his White House press credentials (all times local): 1:20 p.m. President Donald Trump says the White House is 'writing up rules and regulations' for reporters after a judge ordered the administration to restore credentials for CNN reporter Jim Acosta. Trump told reporters Friday that 'people have to behave.' He added that if journalists 'don't listen to the rules and regulations, we will end up back in court and we will win.' Asked what he meant by rules and regulations, Trump said: 'Decorum. You can't take three questions and four questions. And just stand up and not sit down.' Trump said he wants 'total freedom of the press,' but added 'you have to act with respect.' The White House said Friday that it would 'temporarily reinstate' the credentials that were revoked after Acosta and Trump tangled during a press conference last week. 12:40 p.m. CNN White House correspondent Jim Acosta says all he wants to do is go back to work covering 'the guy in there,' referring to President Donald Trump. More than 50 members of the White House press corps greeted Acosta as he strode through the northwest gate of the presidential compound. A federal judge on Friday ordered the administration to restore the credentials that were revoked after Acosta and Trump tangled during a press conference last week. Acosta says journalists need to know that in the United States their First Amendment rights and freedom of the press 'are sacred' and protected by the Constitution. He says he's grateful for the judge's ruling, that it was a test and he thinks the media passed the test. Acosta says: 'This is just any other day at the White House for me and I would like to get back to work.' I guess reporters will not be permitted ask any questions. They will be expected to listen respectfully as Porkobello and Sanders spew more lies. It will just be another photo-op for the WH with reporters as props. Precedent was set in the Sherrill v Knight case in the 70s. Any trumpies with reading comprehension should look it up. WASTE OF TIME POTUS-THE JUDGE WILL DECIDE

The Latest: Judge delays ruling over White House press passWASHINGTON (AP) — The Latest on the legal challenge to the White House's decision to strip CNN reporter Jim Acosta of his White House press credentials (all times local): 1:15 p.m. A federal judge has delayed until Friday a ruling on whether the Trump administration has to return the White House press credentials of CNN reporter Jim Acosta. U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Kelly isn't offering any explanation for delaying a ruling that had been expected Thursday afternoon. He's set a court date for 10 a.m. Friday. Kelly is a Trump appointee who heard arguments Wednesday from lawyers representing CNN and the Justice Department. The news network is seeking an immediate restraining order that would force the White House to hand back Acosta's credentials, which grant reporters as-needed access to the 18-acre complex. Acosta has clashed repeatedly with Trump and press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders in briefings over the last two years. The White House revoked the pass following a combative press conference last week, a day after Republicans lost control of the House in midterm elections. WHY!? Trump appointed Judge 👍
