Why It's pretty cut & dried. Either Jim Acosta has a constitutional right to a White House Press Pass or he doesn't. And if he is entitled, I guess that means that every reporter in America who wants a White House Press Pass is also constituionally entitled to one.

Judges are politicians. If this judge has been selected for a higher office you know the the outcome already. Check the Judiciary committee pending appointments.
It's pretty straightforward! Don't know why it's even going this far. If somebody gets disruptive and physical at a press conference, they should lose their privilege of being able to attend future press conferences. There is no infringement on the freedom of the press.

How is that there are a ton of trials that take years to get in front of a judge but this lawsuit moves right to the front of the line for immediate judgment? I know there are different courts for different crimes. This seems absurd as Acosta still has access & can apply daily.
