That’s a smooth $250k a year if they invest it and spend just the interest up to 5% each year. Set their family up for generations. Change the family tree!

It doesn’t seem like enough compensation to have lost 20 years of life. At the very least I hope that the money they receive isn’t taxed.

The detective’s pensions and S.S. benefits should be garnished to pay for some of it. Taxpayers always get stuck holding the bag for these perps.

They screwed twice by the justice system now.
