I've seen hundreds of protests in Sydney and guess what you have the same professional rent a crowd turn up every time. They don't believe in a cause. They are just pains in the arse.

So what does the win mean? It can't stop the protest, and it doesn't increase any existing or introduce any new penalty. It just means police cannot establish communication with organisers on routes, crowd movements and general safety matters.
If a death occurs as a result, this order from the Supreme Court could be used to allow the organisers to be sued for the death.
Anyone get covid from these gathering should sue the organisers, enough is enough

It’s just way too dangerous right now. The early protests were effective and heard but now is not the time to exacerbate problems with virus. Police needed elsewhere. Think of healthcare workers. Use alternative protests etc.
