If these five men were unconscious and broom handles were stuck up their backsides it would not be classed as rape just assault?.

What nonsense is this ? A person was violated. A young person. The rapists’ intention was to steal from an innocent. The crime was brutal and clear. The lynchmob crowd know it.

This is a country which sends politicians to jail for organising a referendum, kills animals in public for ritual pleasure - not surprised.
Spanish laws on such incidents are absolutely appalling and have long been in need of reform. Interested to know why you haven’t mentioned the ethnicity/nationality of the men repeatedly throughout the article as you did in other instances when the accused were Israeli?
