A court in Barcelona has acquitted five men accused of gang-raping a 14 year old girl of the charge of sexual assault.Under Spanish law, an offence can only be considered rape or sexual assault if physical force or intimidation is used.

Too bad death penalty is unavailable there. Not only they took advantage on that 'state' to avoid a tougher punishment, but they did to an underage. I can't believe the court didn't gave the charge they deserved. They proved that the criminals are more protected than the victims
