NSTnation: In his judgement, Hassan said the defence had failed to raise any reasonable doubt.

The accused, Mohamad Rosli Naqur Gani, 37, appeared calm after he was sentenced by Judge Datuk Hassan Abd Ghani.A total of 14 prosecution witnesses were called during the trial.

The incident erupted after the accused criticised the victim’s cooking, stating that it was dirty and tasted bad, resulting in the victim being kicked, stabbed and beaten with wooden sticks and scythes.
