Sentencing former Dallas police officer Amber Guyger to 10 years for the fatal shooting of her neighbor, Botham Jean, was one of the hardest things jurors ever had to do, two of them told ABC's"Good Morning America."
Ultimately, after hearing about Jean's forgiving nature, they couldn't bring themselves to sentence Guyger to the full 28 years behind bars that prosecutors asked for.Botham Jean's mother says his life was more valuable than the 10-year sentence his killer received"There's no way we could ever know what he would want," one of them, a white man, said in an interview that aired Friday morning.
Girl do yourself a favor 🤐
He would want to forgive is the dumbest thing I think I heard. I believe he wanted to be alive.
Did she confess to the murder? Did she plea guilty? Did she not continue her defense hoping she would beat the case and get off scotch free? Perhaps seek employment at another department like other disgraced cops who got fired? Spare me the bullsh!t you clowns!
Ummmmm for murdering him in cold blood?!
