Victims of one of the world's worst nuclear crisis are left disappointed after a court in Tokyo ruled former Fukushima bosses were not guilty of negligence.

Former Fukushima bosses have been cleared of negligence over one of the world's worst nuclear crisis after a judge ruled they couldn't have predicted the 2011 monster tsunami that caused the reactors to meltdown. The trial had started in 2017The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear station, located about 220 kilometres north-east of Tokyo, was rocked by a magnitude-9.

However, on Thursday, a Tokyo court cleared three former Tokyo Electric Power executives of negligence for the disaster. This was the only criminal case to arise out of the world's worst nuclear crisis since Chernobyl in 1986. Former Tepco chairman Tsunehisa Katsumata and one-time executives Sakae Muto and Ichiro Takekuro were all found not guilty by the Tokyo District Court. Dressed in dark suits and ties the defendants sat in silence as Presiding Judge Kenichi Nagafuchi read the judgement.

Former Family Court chief judge labels Hanson's comments 'appalling'the first chief justice of the Family Court said Senator Pauline Hanson’s assertions about false claims of domestic violence were 'not true', and it was 'quite appalling to start an inquiry with ready-made opinions' auspol Good for this chief justice, kick her up her backside, she has no idea how to behave, just shoots off her big mouth. Totally agree, it is appalling. But it is just one more appalling incident in her appalling history in politics. Scarlet13823406 PaulineHansonOz Pauline Hanson has once again spouted her mouth off which could incriminate yet another inquiry as she is on the bench. But should be seen to be impartial. Now must be taken off as seen to be too biased. I believe in Rose Batty.
