Samirah Muzaffar wife of the late Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan leaving Shah Alam High Court.Three witnesses, all police personnel from the fingerprinting and photo department, testified at the High Court here in the murder trial of Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan on Friday .
Meanwhile, the third witness, Kpl Jumardi Mursalim, 34, was questioned by lead defence counsel Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah if he remembered lifting fingerprints at another crime scene in Nazrin's bedroom in 2015. He said a laptop was destroyed and the bedsheet, as well as pillows and clothes in the wardrobe, were slashed in the 2015 incident.
The two boys were granted bail of RM50,000 with two sureties by the Shah Alam High Court in March, while the Federal Court allowed Samirah bail of RM500,000 with two sureties in May.Both the boys were unhappy with press photographers taking photographs of Samirah.One of the sons shouted"stop" while a young lawyer believed to be from the defence team allegedly called journalists at the scene"running dogs".
