SHAH ALAM: Cradle Fund CEO Nazrin Hassan had lodged a police report in 2015 after his house was broken into, the High Court here was told today.
“You entered the house. The first place you entered was the main room. Did you see the red lipstick scribblings and the room in a mess?” Shafee asked.Shafee then asked if Jumardi had noticed that the clothes of both sexes in the walk-in-wardrobe were shredded.Jumardi agreed with Shafee when he was asked if the mattress was shredded and the laptop broken.
The first witness who took the stand during the trial, that started at 10am today, was police photographer Corporal Mahadin Bakar, 42. The four were charged with committing the offence at a house in Mutiara Homes, Mutiara Damansara, between 11.30pm on June 13, 2018 and 4am on June 14 2018.
