– A court-ordered two firms contending for control of power distribution in this city to stop discussing the expropriation case in public.

Judge Daniel Amular of Regional Trial Court issued a gag order on MORE Electric and Power Corp. , and its rival Panay Electric Co. . This was following the decision of Judge Yvette Go of RTC Branch 37 to inhibit herself from the expropriation case after issuing a writ of possession to MORE Power in taking over PECO’s assets.
