The Barrister must have known the Kennels were there when the house was bought. Must be as stupid as those who move next to a Church and complains about the bells ring & next to a pub complain about the noise & car parking! Stupid, stupid, stupid. I hope they appeal and win.

So he was a barrister and had the best defence team what a foul person. If the council found no noise problems then it should never have gone to court I hope wherever he moves to he has the worse neighbours ever. What a hateful man he is.
