Businessman Alan Dennis Sytin plans to appeal his indictment before Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra over the former’s alleged involvement in the killing of his own older brother Dominic.

Recently, murder and frustrated murder charges were filed before the Olongapo City Regional Trial Court against Dennis and co-accused after the Department of Justice found probable cause to indict them.

“I am determined to immediately set aside the false and baseless charges against me as it is my right and the right of the ‘clearly innocent’ to be free from the trouble, expense and anxiety of a protracted trial,” he added. In a resolution, state prosecutors relied on the testimony of Luib who is also the childhood friend of Rementilla.
