The match between Jan-Lennard Struff - the 33rd seed - and Mikhail Kukushkin was evenly poised in the fourth set when the drama unfolded.

Fans were pictured flooding out of the stands, which is one of smaller outside showcourts here at the All England Club. It is not yet clear what happened to the supporter but the players remained on the court, with Kukushkin receiving some treatment from the trainer.An ambulance was then entered the All England Club grounds.Play in Court 12 has been interrupted. A fan needs medical attention. Struff and Kukushkin stay on Court.
