AUDIO: 'The death of Hong Kong': incidents mark era of great uncertainty: Puja Kapai

Incidents from the disappearance of outspoken Hong Kong booksellers, to the banning last year of a top international financial journalist, Victor Mallett, from London's Financial Times.

Puja Kapai, Associate Professor at the University of Kong Hong, says the bill represents everything that concerned watchers have feared, and opens the gate for further encroachment upon the human rights guarantees with Hong Kong.

She says the uncertainty resulting from the recent incidents and the proposed extradition law will undermine investor confidence, and lead to capital being pulled out of the area.Puja Kapai, former director at the Centre for Comparative and Public Law and Associate Professor at the University of Kong Hong
