But the court also turned away the state's separate attempt to reinstate its Republican-backed ban on abortions performed because of fetal disability or the sex or race of the fetus, which was also struck down by lower courts. "This case, as litigated, therefore does not implicate our cases applying the undue burden test to abortion regulations," the ruling said.

Supreme Court won't review abortion law signed by PenceThe Supreme Court declined to take up a case challenging an Indiana law barring abortions based on a fetus' sex, race or disability, allowing a lower court's ruling against the law to stand My opinion is always going to be if you can't give birth you should have nothing to do with writing laws about abortion. Also if you care nothing about the children already suffering then the same holds true.

Abortion rights advocates protest to 'stop the bans' as more states pass fetal heartbeat billsAbortion rights supporters gathered at statehouses, town squares and courthouses across the United States in a show of opposition to a wave of laws attempting to sharply restrict abortion I think that women should vote on what women should be able to do with their bodies and men should vote on what men should be able to do with their bodies. Is that sexist🙂🙂🙂 As of yet so does every state. They just feel differently about the morality of procrastination when it comes to a potential human life. A viable fetus should never die at the hand of a doctor. Viability secures it’s basic human rights.
