How amazing is it that the one Democrat appointed judge on this district court got this case. Any other judge and the law is likely affirmed.

It seems we have created a country where unelected judges supercede democracy.

Regardless your opinion about abortion, there is a jurisdictional problem here that is glossed over entirely. This will be challenged, not on the basis of whether abortion is good or bad, but on the basis of jurisdiction. On what grounds does a fed judge override state law?

Good we need to stop allowing murder.

Abortion rights advocates protest to 'stop the bans' as more states pass fetal heartbeat billsAbortion rights supporters gathered at statehouses, town squares and courthouses across the United States in a show of opposition to a wave of laws attempting to sharply restrict abortion I think that women should vote on what women should be able to do with their bodies and men should vote on what men should be able to do with their bodies. Is that sexist🙂🙂🙂 As of yet so does every state. They just feel differently about the morality of procrastination when it comes to a potential human life. A viable fetus should never die at the hand of a doctor. Viability secures it’s basic human rights.
