RICHMOND, Va. — The federal appeals court has ruled the Trump administration acted in an “arbitrary and capricious” manner when it sought to end an Obama-era program that shields young immigrants from deportation.
A three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2 to 1 Friday that the Trump administration violated federal statue when it tried to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program without adequately explaining why. The Supreme Court is weighing the Trump administration’s appeals of other lower court rulings that also ordered that DACA be kept in place. The justices have set no date to take action. We Want to Hear from You Join the conversation
What federal statute? The one the court created on the spot?
Total BS. DACA was an Executive Order NOT a law nor a statute.
Take it all the way to the SCOTUS.
And congress is sitting on their asses!!
Going to Supreme Court!
Which 'statue'? Did he sit in Lincoln's lap...?
Trump should be in prison serving a life sentence.
Gee whiz, a Federal court decided against Trump. Who'd a thunk it?
“The federal appeals court has ruled the Trump administration acted in an “arbitrary and capricious” manner...” Sooo like Obama when he introduced DACA via Executive Order, then...
Send all illegals to this judge's home.
Hogwash
I’m old enough to remember a federal court in Texas ruled that Obama’s DACA violated the law.
Daca is not a law. How can he violate it?
So Obama’s executive orders are magically protected? 😂😂🙄
Yep, & ask him if he cares!! ImperialPresidency😱
Statue? Like the Statue of liberty? you mean 'Statute' maybe?
