A Supreme Court of Canada justice was safely found Wednesday evening, less than two hours after Ottawa police appealed for the public’s help in locating him.

The Quebec jurist announced in mid-April that he would be leaving the bench in September for personal reasons. He has sat on Canada’s highest court since 2014. Gascon also taught business, labour and construction law at the Université du Québec and McGill University. He was appointed to the Quebec Court of Appeal in 2012 after 10 years on the Quebec Superior Court.

Crown drops breach-of-trust case against Vice-Admiral Mark NormanProsecutors were in court this morning in Ottawa to withdraw the charge Outgoing Lib MP: I'll testify against the gov't at the Norman trial Liberal Gov't: Ain't gonna be no trial. Seems totally legit. They’re afraid of letting that Ex-Liberal MP speak at the trial, so you know for sure that they are covering up more lies. After the Liberal Caucus “Leaked” details about the Canadian Judge selection process to discredit Raybould, how could they charge Norman with the same thing? Pays a convicted terrorist 10.5 mil. Screws up the f35 procurement. Buys someone’s used f18s (which they are replacing with f35s). Ruins the career/reputation of the 2nd in charge of our military......no wonder there is a line up challenging our northern sovereignty.
