Crown drops breach-of-trust case against Vice-Admiral Mark NormanProsecutors were in court this morning in Ottawa to withdraw the charge Outgoing Lib MP: I'll testify against the gov't at the Norman trial Liberal Gov't: Ain't gonna be no trial.
