A court has ruled Australian food brand Bega Cheese has exclusive rights to the well-known yellow-labelled peanut butter jar, ending a packaging stoush initiated by its rival, US food giant Kraft.Kraft accused Bega of misleading and deceptive conduct over its use of yellow packaging for its peanut butter
But Kraft claimed Mondelez could not sell the rights to use Kraft's peanut butter packaging as the company merely had a licence to use it which expired in December 2017. Justice Callaghan said the Australian company was therefore"entitled exclusively" to use the packaging.
Good news, well done Bega

About time those Yank conglomerates were duck shoved. That's what pisses me off about America & Americans, they think that the rest of the world has to kiss it's collective arse!
In Australia it’s called “Peanut Paste”! When did we switch to an American Name? “Peanut PASTE” FFS!
How about ditching plastic and using recycled material or plant based plastic?
Woo-Hoo ! Good, so they should !
I’ve been careful to buy Bega since this stoush began.
Great outcome!
I look evil! Brown eyes. They’re blue.
