A memorial has been held in Melbourne to honour the life of murder victim Natalina Angok. The body of the Sudanese-born 32-year-old was found in the city's Chinatown on Wednesday morning.

Ms Angok's boyfriend Christopher Bell, a diagnosed schizophrenic, has been remanded in police custody charged with her murder. A court has been told Mr Bell was recently released from a mental health facility, and had not been taking his medication for some time before Natalina Angok was killed. Mr Bell is facing one count of murder and has been ordered to undergo psychiatric testing.
