Court papers show that"Boyz N the Hood" director John Singleton is in a coma at a Los Angeles hospital eightThe 51-year-old director's condition was revealed in a court filing Thursday by his mother, Shelia Ward, who is requesting she be appointed his temporary conservator to make medical and financial decisions for him while he is incapacitated.

Sorry for his family and what they are going through, as for his producing such a disgraceful film, his bad, hope all goes well and he sees the light.

This is a tragedy that plays out across America - Black men and women are at the highest risk of premature ( age 65) strokes. Good news: incidence & mortality are declining over time among Blacks. Bad news: racial disparity high. Terrible burden for families & communities!
