IN response to the evolving technological demands of our times, the Commission on Human Rights proudly introduces the Management Information System Monitoring Outlet or the CHR Mismo. This innovative webpage portal digitalizes the process of filing complaints and requests, making it easier and more accessible for Filipinos to seek assistance from CHR. The portal will be operational starting July 1.

If clients are still confused about using the Mismo portal, they can click the 'Need Help?' button to reach a Citizens' Help and Assistance Desk officer available 24/7. It also provides a wide range of additional services as outlined in the Citizen's Charter such as technical assistance, interview requests, accreditation for civil society organizations partnerships, clearance applications, and requests for data and statistics.
