An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.ILLEGAL DRUGS: South Suburban Emergency Response Team members recovered 500 grams of packaged powder containing suspected methedrine-amphetamine and an electronic scale during a 4:30 a.m. June 19 raid at the home of Latoya Harris, 47, 7600 block of Leclaire Avenue, police said.

ILLEGAL SHOOTING: Amir Almasri, 29, Bridgeview, was arrested and accused of aggravated discharge of a firearm June 3 after firing one shot at several suspected shoplifters fleeing Smoke City Tobacco, 3336 95th St., police said. AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: Russell W. Green, 44, Chicago, was arrested and accused of aggravated assault June 15 at a grocery store in the 2500 block of 95th Street after he followed another person into the store, continued an argument and displayed a knife, police said.
