Hallie says that when she found the gun and ammo, she “panicked” and “wanted to get rid of them.” “I didn’t want him to hurt himself or my kids to find it and hurt themselves,” she said. She said she considered hiding the gun but didn’t because she thought one of her kids might find it in the house.
Prosecutors are asking Hallie Biden to walk through Oct. 23, 2018 — the day she found the gun in Hunter’s truck. At times, he would tell her to leave him alone and that he didn’t have a problem, she said. Other times, Hunter would admit to his addiction and tell Hallie that he would figure it out “my way.”
