JOHANNESBURG - The defence in the corruption case of former Sports, Arts, and Culture minister, Zizi Kodwa, has raised concerns about the leaking of documents related to the case.

Kodwa was charged with state capture-related corruption at the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Palm Ridge on Wednesday.After delivering his closing statements, Kodwa's attorney, Zola Majavu, raised a matter that he said could potentially place his case in jeopardy.
