A garbage bag dumped at Sydney construction site helped lead police to a man who is accused of killing a Starbucks worker.

Police extradited US national Alex Dion on Sundayand charged him with murder before he appeared before Central Local Court today.Thai national Wachira 'Mario' Phetmang, 33, has been identified as the man whose body was found next to a busy Sydney road. Police will allege the associate was Mr Dion and the pair had met up for the purposes of a small-time drug deal.
