KUALA LUMPUR: The trial of former prime minister Najib Razak resumes tomorrow on charges relating to RM42 million in funds belonging to SRC International Sdn Bhd, with his lawyers cross-examining the first witness, an assistant registrar of companies.

These were SRC International Sdn Bhd, then a fully-owned subsidiary of state-owned 1Malaysia Development Berhad, with a capital of RM1 million; Gandingan Mentari Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SRC International, with a capital of RM1,000; and Ihsan Perdana Sdn Bhd, with RM2 share capital listed as handling the corporate social responsibility matters for Yayasan 1MDB.
