OTTAWA — Andrew Scheer did his level best Wednesday to provoke Prime Minister Justin Trudeau into following through on his threat to sue him over allegedly libellous criticism of the SNC-Lavalin affair.
“I’m not withdrawing my remarks. In fact, I’m standing by them and I repeated them outside of the House of Commons,” Scheer told Trudeau during question period a short time later.Trudeau did not respond directly to Scheer’s repeated taunts but he didn’t withdraw the threat either. She was one of the speakers at a pro-pipeline protest on Parliament Hill in February that included some anti-immigrant, white nationalist extremists. Scheer also spoke to the protesters, showing his support of the oil and gas industry, but he did not denounce the extremists at the time.

It's a shame that Scheer isn't a credible national leader. He just doesn't have the chops. If he did, the federal Conservatives would, without a shadow of a doubt, form the next government. As it is, I frankly doubt he's going to convince enough people that he has what it takes.
Trudeau hoped to intimidate Scheer into silence as he’s done by smearing Raybould and Phillpot- but the idiot didn’t realize he can be called to testify under oath which he can’t do because he’s lying...lol! He’s painted himself into a corner. ELECT A CLOWN EXPECT A CIRCUS!
So why did he delete some of his tweets? He should have said 'I am not withdrawing some of my remarks' instead.
