US District Judge Maryellen Noreika said the case would proceed to trial on June 3, and is expected to last three to six days.

Hunter Biden’s federal gun case should move forward, a US appeals court has ruled, setting the stage for the trial to begin next month in Delaware.

In an order shortly after that ruling came down, He was indicted after a plea deal that would have resolved the case without the spectacle of a trial imploded in July 2023 when a judge who was supposed to approve it instead raised a series of questions.
