WASHINGTON - The U.S. Justice Department on Thursday defended its handling of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report examining contacts between President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign and Russia as it faced increased pressure to make the document public.
Congressional Democrats also have demanded the report’s quick release in its entirety. Barr, appointed by the Republican president, has pledged to release a redacted version by mid-April. While Mueller did not exonerate Trump, Barr said he then concluded there was not enough evidence to show that Trump committed the crime of obstruction of justice.
The Post reported that Mueller’s staff prepared summaries for each section of the report free of confidential information that might require redaction, with the goal that Barr could release them to the public.

ReleaseTheReport
'No, a three foot burial is very sufficient when combined with a layer of stones.'
Barr should have no role whatsoever determining gets redacted. He auditioned for the AG nomination by kissing Trump ass. Trump ass is redundant. ReleaseTheReport
I can't wait, because eventually we will get to read the Mueller Report; and how corrupt will the Unjustice Dept look then?
So the US Justice Dept read the full Mueller report in order to make this determination? They are supposed to work for the America people, not Russia, Saudi Arabia, or other foreign influences.
They should've known that anything less than full disclosure would be unacceptable to both sides of the aisle. Congress did not wait two years to receive only the cliff notes of the Mueller report.
