Pretoria High Court judge stresses need for black advocates in BEE case for deeper insight

"Deeply saddened" at the death of its past president, Dr Motsoko Pheko, the Pan Africanist of Azania said it was"honoured to have engaged with him" and described him as a"tree of knowledge".

The anti-apartheid activist died on Friday at the age of 93, his family announced on social media platform X on Saturday afternoon. "We are grateful to God for the time spent with him, the love he so selflessly imparted, including his immense knowledge as a renowned Africanist, lawyer, author, historian, theologian, academic and politician," the family said in a statement.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
