Justice Musa held that the court’s findings showed that Adeleke was admitted into Ede Muslim High School, Ede, Osun State in 1976, there was no record showing that he graduated as his name was not seen in the school’s register from 1980. INEC had declared the All Progressives Congress and its candidate Adegboyega Oyetola as the winner of the September 2018 governorship election in Osun State.
Before the September 2018 election, two members of the APC, Wahab Raheem and Adam Habeeb, had instituted the suit against Oyetola, the PDP and INEC, accusing Adeleke of not possessing the requisite educational qualification of secondary school certificate to contest for the office of governor.
Pls, the certificate saga was instituted by his fellow party members during the primary election. Secondly, my question is who takes over, the deputy or the second runner up during primary

This is very good news if it is true. Both APC & PDP need to field good candidates & screen them properly. The opposition will always use your weakness or faults to win; that is politics.
If the contents of this treatise happened to be the case and genuine litigation presented by APC and their candidate, I think same case and judgement should be presented and same judgement expected against president Buhari.
