‘Court didn’t restrain NURTW members from collecting levies in Delta’ vanguardngr.com vanguardnews

a recent report in some dailies that a court had restrained National Union of Road Transport Workers in the 25 Local Government Areas,LGAs, of Delta State from collecting levies from members of Otor-Udu and Otu-Jeremi Block Industries Association in the state, the Otor-Udu and Otu-Jeremi Block Industries Association, yesterday refuted the report.

Counsel to the Otor-Udu and Otu-Jeremi Block Industries Association, J. Sini, told journalists that in suit No. OUHC/171/2017, the Otor-Udu and Otu-Jeremi Block Industries Association as claimants, prayed the court to restrain the defendants from collecting levies from the claimants’ drivers and in any part of the state.
