Speaking during the inaugural sitting of the Tribunal, yesterday on the premises of the State High Court, with Justice Agbata as Chairman, Justice Ishaku Kunda and Justice Abukakar Bello as members respectively, Justice Agbata said for the avoidance of doubt, the tribunal has no agent nor representative and neither does the tribunal have anyone as proxy working on their behalf in any capacity.

“Please, no one should try to reach me or any member of the Tribunal privately for any reason. Every concern must be in the open court because we are here to serve. We remain learned friends but there will be no private business of any sort or coloration at all.
