A Sydney man is now banned from possessing firearms for a decade as part of his sentence on weapon offences.

Nathaniel David Moseychuck, 29, was sentenced on two counts of a possession of illicit cannabis. The offences occurred March 2, 2002, in New Waterford. He is also to stand trial in provincial court July 18 on two counts of breaching court orders and single counts of evading police, dangerous driving and theft over $5,000.Kevin Jarrod MacLeod, 28, will be sentenced on charges of impaired driving and committing an indecent act – exposing his penis on public transit bus. Other charges were dismissed.
