David Clifford MacLean, 53, was also sentenced on two counts of breaching court orders - failing to abstain from alcohol and failing to attend court.

Crystal Dawn Yurczyszyn, 35, will also be sentenced on charges of assault, assault causing bodily harm, theft and breaching a court order. Other charges were dismissed. Michael Aaron Penny, 26, is to be sentenced on charges of assaulting a police officer, theft and assault with a weapon. Several other offences were dismissed.Harry James Warner, 29, is charged with assault by choking, forcible confinement and assault. The offences are alleged to have occurred July 3, 2023, in Sydney.
