A man who caused a police standoff for nearly five hours in Lebanon City was in court on Thursday for the first time since being arrested Mar. 27.
Tom Cahill Jr. was transported from the Lebanon County Correction Facility to the Lebanon County Courthouse Thursday morning to appear in person for his preliminary hearing, facing charges of terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another. Cahill pleaded not guilty to the charge of terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another, but the Commonwealth asked the judge to tack on additional charges.
