A Federal High Court sitting in Awka, Anambra State has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to investigate the Senator-elect for Anambra South, Ifeanyi Ubah, and the Returning Office

Handing down the order, the presiding judge, Justice I.B. Gafai, asked INEC to within 14 days, conduct investigation into the matter for the purpose of prosecuting the respondents. “It shall prosecute, if the investigation result so warrants, the third respondent and any other person implicated in its investigation.
